Our summer concert season is over, and what a summer it has been!  There were fifteen concerts scheduled and we were able to play nine of them – only 60% - due to rain and bad weather.  One venue rescheduled and even that one had to be cancelled.  We appreciate Boardman Park rescheduling their fireworks display to later in July.  It was a fun concert for a wonderful crowd and the fireworks were spectacular! Click here to see a Thank-You letter from Boardman Park.

We just recieved a Thank-You letter from Jeanette Band for inviting them to be our "Friends" this year for this special concert at Boardman Park.  Click here to read it.

Rehearsals will begin again on Thursday evening, Sept. 19 at Austintown Middle School at 800 South Raccoon Road.  We will be preparing for our Christmas concert season and will once again join the Stambaugh Chorus for our Annual Holiday Concert of Giving where all proceeds go to the Second Harvest Food Bank.  Please mark your calendars for Sunday afternoon, December 15 at 4pm, to attend this festive holiday concert.

Pictures from our SMARTS concert on Thursday, April 11 are now posted.  We demonstrated our instruments and music to students and parents at SMARTS for the purpose of inspiring talented young people to pursue music, either as a vocation or for their own enjoyment.  YACCB is filled with players who donate their time and talent as a recreational hobby.  What a privilege to contribute to the future of these students!
